So I was doing a pull up the other day and felt a quick pain in my neck. I’m used to hurting myself when working out, I guess working out is for suckers too. I’ve been trying to stretch and warm up more lately, something my young, invincible self didn’t waste time with. Apparently all the stretching hype is b.s.

Perhaps it’s nothing but yoga from here out. If it’s good enough for Hank Hill…
