I choose what to eat based on conveniance, price, health and tastiness. The order of importance varies. Men’s health has a little recipe generator that spits out a recipe based on what food your starting with (chicken, turkey, etc). They look to be fairly healthy (check), pretty standard ingrediants (price, check) and it’s called Short Order Cook so I assume their pretty easy (check on convienance, at least for home made food). If you try any let me know on tasty, but I don’t think my reader cooks too much, so that may be asking for a lot.
